She has 15 years of experience delivering value to customers and users in Brazil and Chile. Her career includes Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Project Management, as well as support in Change Enablement, Catalog Management, and Service Level Management.

Holds a degree in Computer Science. From Pernambuco, she works at Gole as a DevOps professional focused on implementing, maintaining, and managing Kubernetes environments in the cloud, as well as developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows. She actively participates in internal sprints, contributing to environment evolution and technical alignment, and also supports and handles customer demands.

Graduated in Computer Science in the state of Minas Gerais. Works at Gole as a Mid-level DevOps Engineer. Among his activities are CI/CD workflows, tasks in the Oracle Cloud portal, Kubernetes management, and strong involvement with Oracle Cloud. He participates in internal team sprints and supports technical alignment and customer support. He is currently studying for the Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification.

Works as a DevOps Engineer at Gole, based in Minas Gerais, managing Kubernetes environments in cloud and on-premises. He also builds CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability and efficiency in delivery processes. He actively participates in team management and internal sprint management, contributing to organization, prioritization, and project evolution, seeking excellence in customer service. He is currently preparing for the Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification to deepen his knowledge.

Graduated in Software Engineering, he works as a Junior Developer at Gole, where he actively contributes to the development and implementation of tools and processes. With experience in full-stack development, he participates in agile sprints and works on creating and maintaining RESTful APIs, implementing tools, and optimizing processes. His work involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical alignment and ongoing support for company projects.

Graduated in finance and currently studying systems analysis and development. From Ceará, he works as a DevOps intern at Gole. He participates in internal team sprints and helps monitor and manage Kubernetes environments.

Holds a technical degree in Computer Networks and is currently studying Computer Networks at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) – Quixadá Campus. From Ceará, he works as a DevOps intern at Gole. He participates in internal team sprints and assists with monitoring, management, and maintenance of infrastructure environments, including containers and Kubernetes.

Computer Science undergraduate and based in Campinas - SP, he works as a DevOps Intern at Gole. His main activities are assisting with monitoring and managing Kubernetes environments, running automated CI/CD workflows, ensuring application reliability, and participating in internal team sprints.
